Minimalist, bold, or trend-conscious aesthetics can all be part of a glow-up, provided they align with the individual’s values and self-expression. The wardrobe becomes a canvas for intentional communication.

Confidence is the glue that unites inner and outer transformation. Psychology research emphasizes that posture, eye contact, and body language impact how others perceive us and how we perceive ourselves (Carney et al., 2010).
