Eva Marcille Pigford was born on October 30, 1984, in Los Angeles, California, to Evan Pigford and Michelle Pigford (IMDB, 2024). She identifies as African American and Puerto Rican, with additional European ancestry, making her widely recognized as multiracial/biracial or “mixed, though she embraces her Black identity as dominant in representation and cultural affiliation (Marcille in BET, 2022).
